Bitcoin Futures Volatility Persists Post-Fed Decision

Post-Fed decision, Bitcoin futures display persistent volatility trading between $63,920 and $64,375. Sustained recovery above the upper support would favor an upward movement, while a break below the lower support would leave sellers in control.

Following the recent Federal Reserve (Fed) decision, Bitcoin futures have exhibited persistent volatility. Initial price movements saw a sharp rise from around $64,000 to approximately $64,720 before a sudden reversal brought prices back down to $63,335. Despite attempts by buyers to recover much of the decline, the recovery stalled near $64,405. Currently, Bitcoin futures are trading close to this range between $63,920 and $64,375, where any direction could be convincingly confirmed. However, a sustained recovery above $64,375 would favor an upward movement, while a persistent break below the lower support of $63,920 would place sellers in control again. These levels refer to Bitcoin futures and not the spot price of Bitcoin. Futures may trade at a premium or discount relative to the spot price. Traders using a stock exchange, CFDs, or another futures contract should apply this technical logic on their own charts rather than copying these prices directly. The post-Fed price action revealed a characteristic sequence: an advance followed by a sharp rejection and then another recovery. These interactions produced several important references on both sides of the current price. Today’s developing VWAP is around $64,050, while the value area extends approximately from $63,950 to $64,360. The point of greatest activity, where the most transactions occurred, is around $64,320.
