New Global Forum in Brazil: Economic and Financial Market Impacts

The Paraty Dialogues is a new forum that convenes global experts to debate geopolitical and sustainable issues, aiming to influence public policies and multilateral agendas. The event aims to enrich international discussions, particularly from the southern perspective.

In the current landscape of increasing unilateralism and emerging challenges, Paraty Dialogues emerges as a significant player in global debates. Launched by the Center for Brazilian International Relations (CEBRI), this annual forum brings together international leaders to discuss critical issues such as geopolitical transition, climate action, and global governance. The initiative aims to fill a gap in the international panorama, focusing on the southern perspective, which has traditionally been underrepresented in forums dominated by Europe and the United States. With 32 experts from various countries participating, the discussions took place over three days in a reserved environment, covering topics such as international cooperation, sustainable development, and institutional renewal. Paraty Dialogues not only enriches global discussions but also has the potential to significantly influence public policies and multilateral agendas, potentially impacting Brazil's macroeconomics and financial markets.
